About East Bay Physicians Medical Group

East Bay Physicians Medical Group (EBPMG) is a physician-owned, multi-specialty medical group located in the East Bay (San Francisco Bay Area). Our physicians practice in the East Bay with a diverse patient population. The providers of this group include respected physicians in over twenty medical specialties who have been treating patients in the East Bay for over 30 years. In addition, EBPMG physicians operate Hospitalist programs at Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley, Summit Medical Center in Oakland, Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley, San Leandro Hospital in San Leandro and Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch, California.

EBPMG is affiliated with Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation (SEBMF) and Sutter Health. The Foundation runs the business side of the practice, freeing the physician for the full-time practice of medicine. We believe this partnership allows physicians to be physicians.

SEBMF is part of Sutter Health, one of the nation’s leading not-for-profit networks of community based health care providers. With over 26 hospitals and over 3500 contracting physicians in northern California, Sutter Health enables us to focus on local needs and, at the same time, benefit from participating in a larger network.
